Tournament
Seeding:
Teams will be placed in
brackets as outlined in the Tournament Bracket Rules. The Team History
provided by each team will be used to create brackets that are competitively balanced
both geographically and competitively.
Tournament
Scheduling:
The Tournament Director
will schedule the tournament. Special Scheduling Requests will be
accommodated where possible, as long as those requests do not jeopardize the
competitive fairness of the tournament.
